Sugar Craving Reset Program

Sugar craving resets generally takes 30 days. It’s an intense program that fully addresses your sweet tooth. You will not only lose weight, but you will retrain your brain to crave fewer carbs.

Weight Loss Program

The duration varies with each individual, but it takes a minimum of 3 months to not only lose weight but also to establish long lasting practices to ensure the weight stays off.

One Month - $300

Our monthly package is designed for consistent progress and support. It features two sessions each week: a comprehensive 45-minute primary session and a focused 15-minute follow-up session, structured for optimal learning and development.

Three Months - $800

Opt for our three-month package and enjoy a more cost-effective deal. You'll receive the same weekly schedule as the monthly package, including a primary 45-minute session followed by a 15-minute follow-up session, but at a significantly reduced overall price.
